new front yard.

So Jared and I decided to be ambitious this weekend and do a little front yard makeover. We planted a crepe myrtle, 3 bright orange lilies, pansies and 5 new mums! We also bought a beautiful orange potted mum. We put down black mulch and also put in a new border around the palm. (Please notice how awesome the palm looks now!) We think it looks pretty darn good, especially with dad's new white paint job on the trim around the house! We also put up some Halloween decor with pumpkin lights, orange bush lights and a fall wreath. Next projects include fertilizing the yard and killing the bad grass and weeds. Then we will start on the back.
